Mission Statement

 

 

It is our goal to provide an accepting and nurturing yet disciplined environment in which  athletes can acquire the technical, physical, mental and social skills required for the confident execution of figures, routines and other synchro-related skills. At the same time we promote fair play – abiding by the Sport Nova Scotia guidelines,team spirit and co-operation, self expression and self confidence, creativity and independence. 
In all, we are about “Grace – Strength – Pride”.

We offer programs for young beginners 7-11, intermediate/youth and adults, as well as a variety of competitive programs.
